Luohu OpenHarmony Ecological Application Innovation Center is co-built by Luohu District Government, OpenAtom Open Source Foundation and Huawei, and operated by Yipu Ecology. It develops the regional industrial brand "Luokaihong".
The center builds a full closed-loop system covering technical evaluation, R&D empowerment, supply chain mass production, government & enterprise scenario implementation and market promotion. It delivers integrated services including testing & certification, technical consultation, policy application and business matching to lower access barriers for enterprises.
As a co-partner for unified interconnection standards, it gathers upstream and downstream enterprises by leveraging Luohu’s strengths in commerce, gold jewelry and cultural tourism. Its core mission is to help ecological partners commercialize their products.
