Nanshan Cloud Valley Innovation Industrial Park was founded in 2012. Under the guidance of Shenzhen's industrial transformation and upgrading policies at the time, it was created by renovating old factories. It covers an area of 30,000㎡ with a building area of 62,000㎡ and focuses on strategic emerging industries, mainly attracting companies in electronic information, biomedicine, and other fields. With the support of Shenzhen University Town's scientific and educational resources and the increasingly complete services in Pingshan Community, the park has formed integrated zones combining the park, campus, and community.

Nanshan Cloud Valley has built a full entrepreneurial chain system of "Maker Space - Incubator - Accelerator." Currently, it has 4 maker spaces, 1 national-level incubator, and 1 accelerator, meeting the space and service needs of companies at different stages of development. There are now over 200 companies settled in the park, employing around 2,500 people. The YG Startup Camp, a key focus for 2024, can provide startups with free office space and entrepreneurial services.
